For the duration of summer 2012 the association "naturally" organizes guided tours to discover the beauties of Salina Margherita di Savoia.
The visitor will enter a magical world, immersing himself in the most unspoiled nature, exploring places where time seems to have stood still for centuries.
You will be accompanied by experienced guides who, depending on your needs and your interests, organize for you a customized itinerary, which may include several stages, including:
- Birdwatching within the nature reserve, in search of various species of birds that inhabit the wetland of salt, including the famous Pink Flamingo;
- Visit to the area salting to unlock the secrets of the process of salt production, to learn about the activities of the "saliniere" and to admire the mountains of salt basins and the characteristic pink;
- Different activities for adults and children within the educational workshop and the historical museum of the salt.
The tours take place on request and subject to authorization.
